[2.1.9] Factoriopedia "back" button closes/opens research selection menu

Sometimes I open factoriopedia directly from research selection menu for planning rates and also to be sure that game is paused, but this bug introduces some complications.
How to reproduce:
1. during the game, open research selection menu by "T";
2. alt-click on any item to open factoriopedia;
3. navigate to any another item in factoriopedia;
4. click "back" in factoriopedia - it will close research selection on background and game will be unpaused, but factoriopedia will still be opened;
5. click "back" again - factoriopedia will be closed, but research selection will be opened back and game will be paused.
