[2.1.8] Blueprint with Thruster and Foundations can't be updated

I've created a space-platform with editor-features to make some new blueprints.
One of the blueprints contained Thrusters and the Space Platform Foundations behind it, and when trying to rename that blueprint, it did not work.
Instead If get an error popping up "The blueprint has a tile buildability rule inconsistency".
I've since reduced the error to only requiring one Thruster and a few Foundations (but I lost that, and can't reproduce it with just one).
However, when adding a few more Thrusters, it was rather easy to make it happen again. Here's one example blueprint that should show this behavior:
It can be pasted and used fine, however, opening it and clicking "Save Blueprint" will show this error.
