As title. All the other types of belt have unique running sounds, but the turbo belt simply reuses the express transport belt sound, which is a bit disappointing. With many new sounds for minor things being added and many placeholder assets being replaced with proper unique ones in 2.1, now seems like the perfect time to do this.

Belt sounds are *difficult* due to how ubiquitous they are end game. Any change to the sound would need to be different enough to notice but not clash with the existing sounds, all of the machines, and be pleasant to listen to constantly as belts are everywhere.
