Rename quickbars

I couldnt find this being suggested, so here goes.
Since we don't have quickbars saved per planet, I would suggest to be able to rename the quickbars.
That way instead of having quickbars 1..0 we could have [Infrastructure]/[Buildings lowtier]/[Buildings Hightier]/[Gleba BP]/[Vulcanus BP]. Making it very easy to switch when you get to a different planet.
