[2.1.8] "has mods" filters servers with space age

The "has mods" filter does not consider space age to be a mod only for servers that were manually selected. After clicking the refresh button, they disappear because the filter starts counting them as with mods similar to those that were not selected.
The behavior is inconsistent and the filter behavior is expected to be the same.
