[2.1.8] belt lane swapped when pasting BP

What did you do?
I applied a blueprint on existing belts
What happened?
The content of the belt got swapped
What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
nothing should have happened beside having new ghosts from BP.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always.
Before BP:

I suspect the reason is that I had to rotate and flip the BP before applying it, but that's how I did it the first time too.
Added the save file with BP in the hotbar2 to reproduce easily.
