Common circuit network option for all belts

TL;DR
Similar to "Hold (all belts)", add the option to use a common circuit network for all belts.

What?
The option makes it so that when connecting wires to any belt, they are connected to a single circuit network. This option works independently of the "Hold (all belts)" option.

Why?
To expand the capabilities of circuit networks.

This would be awesome. Many times I've that this would be the intuitive behaviour, since the belts are all connected now.

Please as option only, because I have use cases where I read multiple different belt pieces of the same belt and want them to be all in different circuit networks.

This would really be a nice quality of life feature, and would preserve a lot of sanity.

No, this would reduce the whole belt to effectively have only one circuit connection point (since they'd all be implicitly connected).
Having multiple connections is occasionally useful, e.g. using hold(all) for controlling the contents of a sushi belt while using hold(single) to configure filters of an inserter removing items from said belt. Also, this implicit connection would be quite surprising as there's be no wire connecting both parts of the circuit network. And nothing prevents you from running a wire along the belt to connect both parts right now.
