[2.1.8] ResearchIngredient API Docs inconsistency

Hello Team,
while looking at the data.raw dump, I noticed Science packs have been moved from using the tool prototype, to using the item prototype. Here promethium science for example, as it was easiest to search up again.
This change is not yet reflected in the ResearchIngredient Type API docs. it still says The first member of the tuple is the name of a ToolPrototype ... as seen below
