Some recipe allow quality module for liquid/steam output product. ( Thruster oxidizer, Thruster fuel, molten copper/iron recipe without stone too)

Since this has no impact on anything it has been left as is to allow circuit-set-recipe to not eject quality modules when cycling different recipes that do or don't *use* quality.

but quality module add -xx% to speed production. it can be used in some calcs. Lubricant and oils not work with this module.
