one last new recipe for 2.1: "freeze water"

TL;DR
one final new recipe for 2.1

What?
Can you please consider adding a "freeze water" recipe to the cryogenic plant?

Why?
We can melt ice, evaporate water, condense steam but not freeze water. Its the last step to complete the cycle!

No - it would not make any sense because the only recepies that use ice (to make something) are bound to space. No need to fear an exlpoit.

PLEASE do it... for the LoLs and ti satisfy my factorio-autism.
consider it my last will for 2.1

thematically it's hard to move mass quantities of water into space, and ice would be even worse because it's less dense. However in the game ice is 4x more efficient in a rocket vs equivalent water barrels which might lead to unthematical advantage. Going out to the outer solar system to get mass quantities of ice/water for planets that need it (fulgora) seems more in line with the theme

another weirdness is the energy intensiveness of the freezing recipe would presumably be the same on aquilo as on vulcanus, instead of being much easier on aquilo and very difficult on vulcanus

There may be an exploit regarding quality ice. You could make ice with quality modules and melt everything that is not in the desired quality.
