Circuit control underground belts like you can with underground pipes

Currently you can circuit control nearly everything (thank you) but weirdly you cant with underground belts? Would be amazing to be able to do this in tight spots like platforms where you cant get a regular belt in and have to have a wire go somewhere else, especially on tightly controlled asteroid collectors.
