[2.0.76] Platform doesn't update moving from/to signal with no thrust

It only updates those signal values once it has at least some thrust to start moving. If the thrusters are empty, and a pump is controlled by combinators to inject fuel if a platform should be moving somewhere (meaning no planet signal is equal to 3) then the platform will never start moving, as the signal is never updated to reflect what the platform 'wants' to do. There's no way to find out if the platform plotted a course to a different space location without having at least one fueled thruster on board.

"Moving from/to" is not showing what platform "wants" but where platform "is". Because of that this is Duplicate of 119994.

It is on its way to another planet, but can't move due to no thrust. That's different from not being on its way to another planet. There should be a way to get this information out of the platform.
