Space Science in Mountain Fortress Addon

Hello,
The Mountain Fortress Addon comes installed with my Factorio Space Age installation. To research the Space Science Pack it says I need to "Send [Item: Grilled Fish] to orbit." I have sent 8 grilled fish to my Space Platform Hub and the space science pack has not unlocked. How do I unlock this tech?
