Switch 2 Modpack DLC?

Very simple idea, in theory. Due to Nintendo's platform restrictions would it be possible to bundle the top mods for Factorio and release that as a DLC or a patch for the Switch 2 version? Bethesda did this with the Skyrim Anniversary update with great success. Would love to see similar for Factorio!
