[QoL] Decon planner - Split out trees and rocks into two options

tl;dr
Change "trees/rocks only" option in deconstruction planner to two options, 'trees only' and 'rocks only'. They could be activated simultaneously.
Why?
Sometimes you want to get rid of all the rocks but leave the trees for pollution.

I have a suggestion for a different way of solving this problem.
You can already create deconstruction planners for trees only or rocks only (or Fulgoran ruins only) by setting filters. However, it’s tedious to do this because you have to pick each type. Therefore, I suggest that the game allow selecting multiple items at once in the filter editing UI — such as by dragging or shift-clicking. These additional items would go into the next free filter slots after the one selected.
This would also be useful when setting turret target filters, to select the different sizes of enemies or types of asteroids.

I like this. But another issue is in mods like space exploration, there are not enough slots in the filter to get all the variants of rocks. There should be 'tags' you can also select like 'tree' or 'rock' etc that just gets everything in that category.
