Spoilage-dependent recipe yield

It would be nice to have a recipe where the products are not spoilable, but their amount depends on the ingredient freshness.
Example: barreling liquid nitrogen creates a spoilable LN2 barrel. When unbarreled, the amount of recovered LN2 is proportional to the freshness of the barrel.
