Disable cmd+q shortcut on mac

TL;DR
Basically title:
both cmd and "q" keys are used quite often and accidentally pressing them together = alt+f4 on windows (immedeately closing game wothout saving). my browser asks me to confirm when i do this I really would appreciate if factorio would too. I lost more than hour of progress across multiple accidents
What?
ask for confirmation when pressing cmd+q or save before closing game or disable this shortcut at all
Why?
because it is very frustrating to lose hours of progress because my finger coordination sucks
