Show Markers for In-Flight Artillery Shells

TL;DR
When you order an artillery strike, a little crosshairs icon shows up on the map, but vanishes once the shell has been fired. This icon should remain until the shell actually hits.

What?
The crosshair icon on the map is very useful when planning out artillery barrages, since it lets you tell where you've already aimed and avoid shooting things unnecessarily. However, that icon vanishes as soon as the artillery shell is fired, but it can take several seconds between then and when the shell actually hits, and during this time there's no visible indicator of the oncoming strike. It is very easily to accidentally order another shell fired at the same target during this time - or, conversely, to skip a target because you think its about to be destroyed when it is not.

The solution is to keep the little marker until the weapon actually hits. Maybe make change the colour or make it flash so that people can tell the difference?
Why?
Because not knowing where your artillery is going is irritating.
