[2.0.73] inconsistent spacing of elevated rail ghosts

The spacing of elevated rail supports is wrong if building on a support ghost.
See video (different lengths when holding and not holding [Shift]).

I am considering this to be working as designed. Rail support is used just as a handle to start a rail planner but after that if you are not holding shift, that means you want to build real entities (not ghosts). In this situation that rail support cannot be considered as a valid support because once you click mouse to build, that build action would immediately throw an error for being unable to build some rails due to being too far from a rail support because real entities cannot be supported by ghosts. When you are holding shift, ghost supports are allowed to be considered as support points for ghost planner.

that sounds reasonable. I will adjust the bug description a little bit:
When building over the remote view, only ghosts and no real entities can be placed.
The spacing is still different if holding shift or not, despite of building ghosts in both cases.
(I mostly use the remote view for building since it has better movement control, and this has been a bit annoying - but after I know the reasons, this behaviour seems to be justifiable)

I will move this back to bug reports so it can be looked at again, not for the spacing issue but for the rail planner in remote view not forcing ghost mode state. There seem to be some extra modifiers involved due to rail planner avoidance modes that also trigger on modifiers and i am not sure if this messes up the ghost mode detection or is just an ommision from when remote view was added.

I've fixed the ghost building in remote view (and with ghost cursor) for 2.1.
