Have interrupts trigger on manual temporary stops

TL;DR
When you insert a manual temporary stop in a train schedule, any interrupt that would trigger on leaving the current stop should trigger.
What?
When a train in automatic leaves a stop, it checks for any interrupts and applies them. The same should happen when the player forces the train to leave by inserting a temporary stop.
Why?
The current system works well for trains on a schedule that are co-opted by a hitch-hiker, because the fuel interrupt will trigger the next time the train leaves an unloading station on its regular route. For the most part, when I travel to another part of my base by train, I hop on my personal transport. I have the low fuel interrupt set, but when I use a manual temporary stop, the interrupt does not trigger, and unless I am paying attention and manually drive to the fuel stop, I sometimes run out of fuel.
