spaghetti builds?

Serious question: how do you intentionally build spaghetti?
Every time I try to embrace chaos, I end up accidentally organizing things. But the bases I actually admire look like complete disasters that somehow still work.
I remember seeing a factorio youtube video and one comment said "the difference between an expirienced factorio player spaghetti and a newbie factory is like the difference between modern artist's art and a child's drawing" made me laugh.
Is there a mindset or approach to it? Do you just avoid planning entirely, or is there some hidden logic behind good spaghetti?
