Extremely Regular Crashing Previously, now it just crashes even on a fresh save.

Okay so I was worried that I had some type of corruption in my game save itself. So I rolled back (a lot) to an older save.
While playing this save I would regular see items placed overtop of other items. This included pipes connected to oil refineries that would show that the pipeline was over extended. I would delete and replace this and it would continue for a good while without crashing.
Then it happened overtop of a large "spaceport" launch area and I was unable to delete the requester chests without it crashing. Losing a 600 hr+ game.
So I restarted from an older save and it would regularly crash about every 30 minutes. About half the crashes previously were a FULL windows freeze, where it would say it needed to create a dump file but even after 5 hours it didn't.
Then on my rolled back save it would just do a normal Factorio only crash. Sometimes, before gave up, it would literally just close with no warning or crash screen.

Now when I try to play a completely fresh save it just flat out dies. Previously I had the same game running for almost a month never being closed, and this has only happened in the last 1.5 months.
So now it just crash on a fairly small map where I haven't even automated red science research yet.
This is with a fresh install, verifying game files, and updated drivers.
No mods, never used any mods, fairly fresh install of windows, and able to run apps that would cook a non-liquid cooled computer. Also my prior big megabase game used almost 30 gigs of ram.
Computer isn't overclocked either.
