Pollution management with lua code.

with the new pollution in 0.7, I think that managing pollution with the lua code (getting the amount of pollution of a certain place, adding pollution in a certain place or removing pollution from a place ) would be usefull, for example, my mod adds some trees, I would like to make its growth slower with pollution, and also make the trees slowly absorb pollution (like other trees do)
