Foundry fluid output speed limit

It said With its maximum productivity of 150%, Foundry will be output limited with a crafting speed of 215.In actual situations,that means a Foundry benefiting from 12 beacon fully socketed with Legendary Speed Module 3.When using both outputs,this Foundry could output molten copper at a rate of 7500/s(450K/min)
But in my test, increasing the beacon count from 12 to 13 or 14 didn't change the Foundry's output rate at all. But once it hit 15 beacons, the output jumped to 473683/min, exceeding the wiki's listed values by 5.26%.
