[2.0.75] Inconsistent display panel wire reach depending on orientation

If the display panel connections are facing each other, you can get longer wire reach.
However, rotating the panel retains the wire reach in an inconsistent way.

Repro steps
1) Place 1st panel at default orientation, and 2nd panel 2 tiles to the right and 10 tiles down at default orientation.

2) connect the two panels with green wire.

3) Rotate 2nd panel twice, so the wire connections are outside and furthest from the wire connections of the top panel. The connection remains.

4) Remove the wire.

5) Try to connect again. Get "Wire cannot reach" message.

Additionally, at step 3 while the panels are connected, if you try to blueprint or copy paste, the wire will be removed.
In the following screenshots, the middle set of panels is in that state.
Left set's orientation allows it to stay connected, including in blueprint.

Looks like it is a side effect of display panel having selection box that is non square that is not centered since wire reach is based on distance between entity selection boxes (except when measured between electric poles but this is unrelated)
