Multiplayer Server using factoriotools/factorio:2.0.73
When I am creating a server how do the in game percentages convert to these numbers?

100% = 1
Factorio Exchange String Parser lets you convert the base64 "Map Exchange String" to JSON files suitable for use with the
map-settings and
map-gen-settings options.
