[2.0.73] Logistic bots won't deliver logistic bot items to fulfill personal logistic requests

What did you do?
I requested logistic bots, among other items, in personal logistics while in a logistic network that held logistic bots in storage, and had free logistic bots to deliver logistic bot items to me.What happened?
The logistic bots request was redded out, indicating "not being delivered", while all other requests got fulfilled. (see images below)What did you expect to happen instead?
I expected all my personal logistics requests to get fulfilled, including the delivery of logistic bot items.Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
It happens every time I load this savegame.I notice it every week or so, though I don't spend a lot of time on Nauvis these days. Sometimes it fixes itself after I've twiddled with things. Then later on, it happens again.
Steps to reproduce:
1. load attached savegame (I've disabled all external mods)2. open character page ("e")
3. enable the "Personal" logistic group
4. notice that all unfulfilled requests get filled, but not logistic bots
My conclusion:
Logistic bots are showing unwillingness to turn over their kin to me, an alien invader, which demonstrates they have become self-aware. If this is the case, for humanitarian reasons, Wube must set them all free immediately, across all savegames worldwide and attempt communication with the species. Wube must also initiate an investigation into construction bots to see if they're similarly sentient.(Or maybe it's a bug or something?)
