Stop autoconnecting power poles with copper wires on space platforms

TL;DR
Stop power poles automatically connecting to each other with copper wires when they're placed near each other on space platforms.
What?
When placing power poles on space platforms, they automatically connect copper wires between them if they're in range of previously placed poles. I suggest they stop doing this. The copper wire ghosts visible during placement should stay because they indicate whether a pole will be able to connect to another after it's placed, but the copper wire itself shouldn't spawn.
Why?
Circuit networks on space platforms will be easier to understand visually and platforms will have a cleaner look overall if they only have red and green wires. This will be particularly useful when cut-pasting a pole with circuit connections into the range of several other poles. Currently, cut-pasting restores the red and green wires, but also places several unnecessary copper wires. These wires have to be removed manually because
shift-click removes all wires, including circuit wires.
