[2.0.73] Real items can be placed manually in ghost rocket silo

Steps:

Place ghost rocket silo
Open silo
Move items manually into the cargo slots

Expected: This should not be possible

Actual: Items are placed into ghost rocket silo's cargo slots

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next release.
