Give factorio.exe a modern high-DPI icon

TL;DR
factorio.exe deserves a high-dpi iconWhat?
Please update Factorio’s Windows icon resources so factorio.exe includes a modern high-DPI (Vista-style) ICO.It will render sharply on Windows 11 Start/Desktop/Taskbar instead of the current classic low-res icon.
Here are 2 versions I made from the high-res icon in the press kit using redketchups ICO tool:
- (note the ugly frame around the current Factorio icon, something only "classic" icons suffer from)

Why?
- Reinforces Factorios brand quality at essentially zero runtime cost and minimal dev effort.
- Removes the ick on Windows 11 where low-res icons look blurry next to modern apps.
