Decider Combinator - Outputs if conditions not met

The decider combinator picks any number of conditions and then sets outputs for when those conditions evaluate to true. However, I want to be able to emit other signals if they evaluate to false. Currently, I have to add other decider combinators to handle the alternatives, which is error-prone and more difficult to debug.
I'd like to be able to just say, "Otherwise, emit this other value."
