[2.0.72] Ghosts getting removed by trees/stones marked for deconstruction

If you see the save file, in the right side I have a large area under planning as ghosts. If you see in the ghosts there are small sections missing where trees and stones were marked to be deconstructed. I used shift while placing ghosts and the ghosts were there but I noticed that the ghosts disappeared at those locations. This happened twice so tis not a fluke. First time when i noticed it I actually thought I might have missed them so I repaired all the stacks so I am sure that the stacks were complete. But today I noticed that the ghosts are gone again where stones or trees are marked to be deconstructed.

I am trying to reproduce it, I thought it happening on save and load but thats not the case. I will update if I can reproduce it reliably but nevertheless uploading the save file and the logs in case you can see something in there.

In this the red circle is the same area as previous screenshot. Yellow also had missing entities but I just repaired those to test the save and load theory. They didnt disappear after a save and load. So just FYI in case you wonder looking at save file why some ghosts didnt disappear. They did

I am not able to figure out how to move this to Not a Bug section. May be I dont have permissions to do that.
