What did you do?

I have built some ghost turrets with ammo in it. All went normal until ..
Turrets ran out of ammo. I tried to re-fill some ghost ammo into now empty turrets with printing the blueprint again. Was not sure if this is a task for construction bots or logistic bots.
Logistic Bots not yet researched.

What happened?

Construction bots came to replenish the turrets. But most of them were flying towards the turrets empty, without carrying anything.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
If this was a task for logistic bots, I would not expect seeing contructions bots trying to do that. If this was a task for construction bots why they fly empty? My power production is already struggling!

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Not sure yet. I'm hapy to provide a save game, where construction bot are in transit and about to arrive at the turret empty. I could not trigger the behaviour later when my power production was ok again. i've got 1 quality roboport near the mall too.

Construction robots are used for item-requests (ghost items); Logistic robots fulfill chest requests - so that is working as expected.

With the Debug option show-robot-tasks turned on, it looks like there are a lot of robots near -960,730 with these tasks pending:

• pickup@{-162,337.5} (Storage Chest, containing Piercing rounds magazines)
• deliver items @{365,779} (Turret with item-request on the East side of the base)

My guess is that due to the Power shortage some of the Roboports ran out of Energy; leading to a "split network". The robots then lost their pickup task as the magazine was no longer available.... but they still proceeded to the assigned deliver point empty.
