Spacecraft does not send cargo

1) The spacecraft, which has the required cargo, is in orbit.
2) The planet requests the cargo.
3) The cargo icon on the landing station is marked in red and also indicates the availability of the cargo in the logistics network
4) The cargo does not land automatically, but you can do it manually
