Simplify Deconstruction and Upgrade planners

TL;DR
Allow on the fly modes for Deconstruction and Update planners that do not require pre-setup (and planning of using planners)
What?
The same way when we use Create blueprint button – allow to just click on stuff for removal or Upgrading in the dialogue after selection. Why?
Reduce number of steps for performing the action from over 9000 to 1. Just allow another mode for a natural flow, not removing current ways to use Planners
Check attached pic example. I'm cleaning massive area of trees+spaghetti mess to prepare for dronecountry.
My steps:
1. Gotta know what to put into filters beforehand so I don't delete anything that'd break things
2. The hell do I know what's in this area? I know approximately / in general what's in there but not every item. So what am I forced to do?
3. Use bluebrint selection to see what's inside.
4. Write down / mark / remember what to include into Deconstruction Planner filters
5. Create new custom Deconstruction Planner shortcut
6. Set it up filling it with items from step 4. I got my smartphone in front of me as a 2nd screen with notes with the list of items at this point to avoid alt-tabbing to check the items list. I'm playing an automation game.
7. Save this template of Red Print as an item
8. Apply it. And while applying it, make sure I select exactly the same rectangle as the first time to not delete stuff that's not in the filters because I selected different area with different items 2nd time.
And all of that just for 1 use case.
Next time area changes, items in it change so I either gotta adjust this red print to adapt to new use case or go from scratch & create a new one.
Why is it so complex & unintuitive?
Same awfulness with Upgrade planner.
Allow Deconstruction/Upgrade Planner Selection actions.
Starting flow is the same as with BP creation. Selection -> dialogue window pops up.
Key thing / difference – items from the selection are already pre-inputted into the Update & Deconstruction Planner filters/setup (for those items that qualify for etc. Upgrading).
Only thing left for the user is the same as with the Blueprint – decide which item types to leave & which to remove for deconst/upgrades. For Upgrade Planner – pick the second pairing item to Upgrade/Downgrade to. Then click Apply to instantly perform action for the selection or Save as a R/G print/template.
Also, blueprints should be allowed to be added to Deconst/Upgrade planners for the same reason – so it'd put all the items from the BP into the planner/select them. User only decides what to leave/remove. Blue Blueprint in this case would serve as a filter template / items list to feed into Planners setup.
