Can't download .zip version?

Hello, was wondering if there was a problem with the service(s) that provide manual downloading of old versions? I can't seem to successfully download SA 2.0.70 (I want to watch someone's speed run playback.) The download keeps stalling.

There seems to be an issue with the CDN which they are aware of and are theoretically working on.
