Import/Export statistics tab in the Production panel

TL;DR
It would be nice to have a statistical panel that specifies how much stuff was imported and exported from planet or shipWhat?

Why?
Interplanetary logistics are an important part of Space Age, but it is also something that can't be seen anywhere. How many blue chips were imported vs how many were produced? You can sort of tell by the difference between produced and consumed items, but since there can be buffers somewhere (even if just to supply the export requests), it gets muddy.Sometimes, starving export part can have some consequences down the line, for example, expanding the science production on Fulgora can starve plates for Aquilo. It would be possible to tell from the export stats that the export has flat lined, but currently, you would have to inspect Aquilo and see that there arent enough plates somewhere, which can happen hours later.
