[MOD 2.0] Sushi Splitters

Description:
Use a single splitter to extract all the stuff you need from your sushi belt using all circuit conditions. When the output is full, it won't block but will pass the filtered items to the unfiltered output.
(my) Use case:
Instead of the classic bus systems with 1 items per line, I like to put every item on every lane. Using lean principles I only produce what I need when I need it. Most pieces of that puzzle are easily solved with circuits and classic entities. However, extracting 4 specific items from one 'sushi' belt creates quite a mess with a lot of splitters. With this one special splitter I'd like to filter all those items in one entity. When quality is added, the number of splitters/inserters needed to pick the right stuff from the sushi belt becomes too much.
