Cannot remove captive biter spawners when game.player.force.friendly_fire = false

TL;DR
captive-biter-spawner are, as far as I know, the only building in multiplayer that can be placed that is not player-removable when friendly fire is off.
What?
It would be nice if we had the ability in multiplayer to be able to remove captive biters spawners. One option would be to allow Lua scripting so that they and other buildings can be exempted from friendly fire.
Why?
This would help prevent griefing on multiplayer servers, but the main use case for this is captive biter spawner upcycling, where we can remove the old common spawners that we no longer need.
