[2.0.72] Right-Click Inserting does not trigger Module Achievements

What did you do?
Used Right Click (Cursor Split) to drop a single Mk2 Quality Module into a module slot
What happened?
Nothing
What did you expect to happen instead?
The achievement "Make it Better" to trigger
The achievement did trigger as expected once I used Left Click (Pick Up / Drop Item Stack) to place a module.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
