[2.0.72] Messages retrieved in console using the up arrow key are not world-specific

I have never posted a bug report before and am not sure if this is actually a bug or is intended behavior, so I apologize for any errors I may have made. Hopefully my report is clear.
What did you do? I opened the console and pressed the up arrow key.
What happened? The most recent message that I have ever entered is displayed in the typing box, even if it is from a completely different world or an unsaved game.
What did you expect to happen instead? I expected the last message in that world's console to be displayed, not the last message from any world.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes? Always.
How to reproduce:
1. Open the console in any save
2. Enter any message
3. Exit the save (with or without saving)
4. Open a save from a entirely different world
5. Open the console and press the up arrow key to have your last message autofilled in the text box
Why I believe this should be fixed:
I believe that your console messages should be specific to individual worlds if you wish to more easily edit, repeat, or add on to an existing message.
Thanks in advance!
