TL;DR
Sometimes tooltips gets too big and portions of it are cut off. Add a feature where using the controls ALT+Mouse scroll allows you to scroll through the tooltip, making reading large tooltips easy and simple.

What?
Sometimes the tooltip gets too big and portions of it are cut off; you can't see the entire tooltip. This happens sometimes in mods but it also happens in vanilla (e.g thruster in Space Age).

My proposal is to add a feature where if you hold ALT+Mouse scroll you can scroll through the tooltip, like in Cosmoteer (but only if the tooltip is too large to be read normally).

Why?
Having portions of the tooltip cut off isn't good as it makes some information inaccessible. The current methods (such as reducing GUI size) are quite tedious and adding this feature would allow players to easily read the entire description.

Try holding "shift".

Same issue, shift not resolving the problem.

I'm guessing that shift allows you to scroll the tooltip? But it does not let me do it.
Somewhat hard to play modded, when you don't know what you are actually crafting.
Please help?

For dealing with recipe tooltips you can use Factoriopedia instead, alt + click on the recipe to access it.

Oh, thank you. Eh I wish it worked without it. But it works, a mod for modded play.
