Option to set "active quickbars" to 0

TL;DR
I would like if the "active quickbars" slider went to 0.What?
I don't use the quickbar when I play (I prefer to just grab buildings straight from my inventory), but I can only set it to one row, which sits empty at the bottom of my screen. I know that you can hide the entire gui with shift+alt+f4 but I would like to keep everything except the quickbar slots.Mods exist to my knowledge that can hide the entire toolbar, but I'd like to keep my alt / blueprint / circuit wire etc. shortcuts visible (and ideally centered).
I've attached an image of the part of the toolbar I think specifically could be hidden with "active quickbars" set to 0, as well as an image of the setting I am talking about under "interface".
If a mod exists to accomplish this that would be fine too, of course.

Why?
the slider already exists and allows users to select their desired number of quickbars, I would just like to free up the space on my screen by setting that number to 0.thanks for reading :)
