URGENT: 125-Hour Save Corruption - MilitaryTarget Error - Need Developer Help

*Factorio Version:* 2.0.69 (Steam, Windows 11)
*Mods:* Space Age 2.0.69, LogisticTrainNetwork 2.4.2, Quality 2.0.69, Bob's Inserters 2.0.1, Electric Trains 0.4.2, and 20+ other mods (full list in log file)
*Problem:* Game crashes immediately when loading the save file with "MilitaryTarget.cpp:25: input.load<uint8_t>() == MilitaryTarget::SAVE_MAGIC was not true" error. The crash occurs during blueprint "5_2_balancer" loading.

27.495 Error MilitaryTarget.cpp:25:input.load<uint8_t>() == MilitaryTarget::SAVE_MAGIC was not true
*What I've tried:*
1. Loading all autosaves (3 different ones, all corrupted the same way)
2. HEX-editing - renamed "5_2_balancer" but didn't help
3. Editor Extensions mod - same crash
4. Scripts in script-output folder - game crashes before scripts can run
5. Disabling all mods - same error
6. Removing additional surfaces (level.dat1, level.dat2, etc.) - didn't help
7. Steam Cloud recovery - no backups available
*Additional Info:*
- 125 hours of gameplay in this world
- All autosaves are equally corrupted
- Error seems to be in electric network statistics consistency
- The world was working fine before, crash started suddenly

- Mod list (from log)
Please help recover this 125-hour world if possible!
