Add a Steam achievement for completing Gleba on maximum spoiling rate setting (1000%).

This would be the first achievement that you cannot get on default settings so I think it's not a good idea. However, I do think you are on to something. There's a lot of people with a revulsion to having spoilage. An achievement like Iron Throne where you have hit some rate of spoilage could help encourage people to just.... let it spoil.
