Awesome mod, but:
I started a new game on 0.11.22 with all the released modules, but there are no splitters in the transport menu. Also "fluid tank to ground" and all the decorations are enabled from the beginning.

Im trying to fix and inserters show be fine in transport, u have more mods installed?

No, this is the first mod I ever try.
To simplify I disabled all modules except base, core and transport.
This is what the mod dialog and resulting menu (after restart) looks like

I started another game and now the splitters show up, so maybe it was a onetime thing.

One of my mod couldn't load because you made something wrong and not respecting factorio prototype syntax, I've corrected my mod on my side But you need to correct it to maximize compatibility with other mods:
At : 5dim_trains_0.0.6/prototypes/entity/entities.lua:830
Replace:
To:

Fixes:
locale.cfg in 5dim automation:
locale.cfg in 5dim transportation:
Names of some inserters looks like this: "unknown key: 5d-inserter-speed1-range1-near"
I looked it up in your code and their entity names are "5d-inserter-speed1-range1-close"
I Replaced all "-near" in the locale.cfg with "-close" and it now works as intended.
P.S This error is only for the english translation.
Edit: Fixed some other issues, uploading another locale.cfg and updated the first.

Issue with battle carriage (gun)
when gun spawns from carriage it spawns with no ammo, not sure if it is something im doing wrong or not

big chest seam to be unlocked from the start of the game
