scripted equipment grid equipment prototype

would be nice if there was an equipment prototype that just did nothing. (well maybe apart from supporting power usage and being able to turn on/off by script individually)
Pre 2.0 modders resort to using things like 1kw night vision, exoskeleton equipment, but those still very much perform a role.
In 2.0 we now also have the inventory size equipment prototype which is near perfect but it still displays an inventory size tooltip even if the boost is 0.
So if we could have an equipment prototype that does nothing or the inventory boost 0 just makes the tooltip on the inventory size one hidden that'd be nice.
