Add Fluid Fuel Remainder

We ll know Fluoroketone and Plasma is a loop using "fusion-reactor" and "fusion-generator", but I want it more than those.
FluidPrototype:
ParentFluid :: optional FluidID :: this allow more fluid to be use in same generator but has a reference of what fluid get created
BoilerPrototype, FluidEnergySource, GeneratorPrototype
input_fluid_box :: FluidBox
output_fluid_box :: FluidBox
loss_ratio :: Double, default to 0 :: this is a new property that make cycle a little bit weird, if you set it to postive number, you will need to fill more to keep loop running, if negative you have find a way to void it.
Essentially Fluid is a qualityless infinitely divisible product with a unique temperture mixing mechanic, but those are not actually the point,
We dont really think too deep about water and steam and lava and molten metal because they are simple and get drain and buffer as all we want,they are linear.
The most intresting thing about fluid is the oil processing part and you have to use your ingenuity to know what you are doing and decide what gets made and maybe even make a coal to heavy oil loop which only part of player actually do; and the new Fluoroketone cycle and a heating requirement, those are truely what makes fluids instresting, and we even got a useful tool "connection_type" to hide those oil problem into more sneaky place :>
