2.0.69 blueprint library not working

Cant take blueprints out except for right click and copy

Having the same issue after updating to 2.0.69, thought it was a mod Rate Calculator that I added but I made 0 other changes, removed mod and still have the issue.
Left click works fine everywhere else in Factorio and other games. I get orange background on click it just won't actually open.
For anyone having this issue, please please export all your strings or back them up somewhere before going down to 2.0.66 if you try that.
If you run into this just go back to 2.0.69 and it will redownload them from cloud assuming you're playing on steam.
