[2.0.69] Underground belts not avoiding underground belts

The feature of avoiding obstacles (it might be called smart belts as well) doesn't work when you're placing another tier of underground belts over the existing ones (belt weaving)
this probably has something to do with the fact that you can drag a higher level belt over a lower one and it upgrades it but when belt weaving with undergrounds you want to avoid that.
obsatcle avoidance with an assembler: When belt weaving this is the expected result; the range of fast underground belts would limit so it avoids the existing ones and fit inbetween:
What actually happens is some of the belts get upgraded and some of them get completely removed resulting in this:
It would be amazing if this could be solved so the obstacle avoidance works on underground belts as well since then it would be so much easier making belt weaving setups with just dragging and not having to place them down manually or using blueprints
